I was wondering if you carry any twinkle toes products (and if so what type and cost). I was also wondering about how much a cob sized leather halter (good conditon) would go for in your store. Thanks

No, we do not carry twinkle toes products although we sometimes get some in for consignment. Please contact the store directly to check the current stock on both the twinkle toes and the halter. |

Hello, I have a quick question about saddles. I ride a very round pony, and my saddle always slips to the sides when I'm cantering him. I've fallen off because of this, and I was just wondering if you had any recommendations for a fix to this problem, and would I be able to purchase something from the Repeat Rider that might help? Thanks for your time, I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

First (and cheapest) thing you could try is using a string girth on your saddle. The wider the better. We do have some string girths in stock. Give the Avenue Road store a call to make sure we have the correct size for you. Also, do not use thick pads. If that doesn´t work, then it would be a good idea to have someone come and check your saddle on your horse to make sure it is the proper fit. Then, if everything is okay with your saddle an option is to have point and balance girth straps added to your saddle. This would have to be done by a saddle maker - and the final option if nothing else works and you are in love with your current saddle.

We do carry body protectors. If you would like a new Tipperary Eventer vest we would have to order that in for you. If you are looking for used it is best to call the store directly as these often come in and then go out within days. We get different brands coming in.

Do you mean English saddle pads or the western saddle blankets? We do have both, more English than Western. Best to call the store for exact inventory as it keeps changing daily. |
